Research and development is a component of Innovation and is situated at the front end of the Innovation life cycle. Innovation builds on R&D and includes commercialization phases.

The R & D units have a direct effect on innovation, productivity, quality, level of living standards, market share and other factors that are effective in increasing the competitiveness of organizations, respectively.

Firms invest in R&D because they want to grow by developing new products and services. It's hard for a company to remain competitive if it does not stay ahead of the technology curve.

Short-term investors often view R&D expense as a drag on profits for many firms, in part because it is hard to measure the long-term impact of individual R&D investments.

Because of all that mentioned, our company has established R&D section for developing our services to customers.
